Everything was brand-new, we strongly recommend it. A really good place to stay, had brilliant 1 night here. Loved new-fashioned rooms for a sink in the kitchen. We could enjoy views over the hills around Dunedin.

My children wanted to have a kitchen sink to wash dishes in the apartment. It would be great for families to have this convenience during their stay.

We recently stayed in a comfortable and clean apartment located in a peaceful residential area. the bed was cozy and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. the host, Sergei, was friendly and gave us helpful advice about the area. the apartment was conveniently located, only a short distance from the city center and the airport. We also enjoyed the free unlimited WiFi and the smart TV in the apartment.

The lack of nearby shops, pubs, and restaurants was a downside of the location.

Spacious rooms with large TVs, lovely bathroom with sunken bath & twin washbasins. Free access to washing machine. Helpful host with great local tips. Convenient location, close to city center & airport. Recommended for a comfortable stay.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of the Superior Dunedin Apartments. The classic furniture and elegant curtains gave the hotel a cozy and homely feel. The general areas were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, perfect for a senior like myself. The hotel's accessibility was exceptional, with wide hallways and conveniently placed handrails that made it easy for me to navigate around the premises.

The only thing I would ask for to make this vacation even better for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and helpful. A little extra assistance and consideration from the staff would ensure a more enjoyable stay for us seniors.

Loved the barbecue and terrace, the quiet location, and the option for additional amenities. Oh, and let's not forget the exciting fire extinguisher and the beauty of Tunnel Beach.

The pillow-thinness truly made me believe that a good night's sleep should be as uncomfortable as possible.

The apartment was mind-blowing! It had absolutely everything I needed for my overnight stay after my exhausting ski trip. The bed was super comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The apartment was spotlessly clean and nice and warm. Although it felt rural, transportation to the airport was a breeze with the paid shuttle service. a top-notch experience!

We had a fantastic stay at Superior. the host was delightful and gave us great recommendations for exploring the wonderful wines of New Zealand. the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and we loved the heated floor in the bathroom. the WIFI was reliable, making it easy to get work done. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy this fantastic place even more!

Great Location for Shopping and Beaches: Fairfield neighborhood is known for its excellent shopping options, and staying at this guesthouse puts you right in the heart of it. You'll have plenty of opportunities to explore the area's natural beauty, from Tunnel Beach to Brighton Beach. It's like being in a shopper's paradise with a side of breathtaking views.

TV Reception: Random at times.

The room was warm and cozy, perfect for a Christmas getaway. The heated bathroom floor and shower were a dream, especially during the cold weather. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep, and the cleanliness of the room was commendable. The new and up-to-date interior created a pleasant atmosphere. the location of the hotel was convenient, with key spots easily accessible.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the lack of communication with the property owner was a disappointment.
